Been hunting an 1870 mansion in downtown Fernandina Beach. Some nice finds coming from it.

Today I was hunting a side yard near an immense concrete picnic table when BAM! I was assalted. Got a nice high tone signal and pulled out a small odd shaped object that I realized was a small salt shaker.

Took it home and on a hunch, scrubbed the bottom and found its stamped STERLING.

CHA-CHING!

Had me concerned for a minute... Nice little shaker, I think they made little ones for picnic sets similar to that once upon a time. Cool find!

Funny play on words. I never argue with sterling silver either. :)
