Ok watched a video on How too and it was simple
1. went to Walmart bought a mason jar made by ball= 1.88
2. went to radio shack bought a pack of alligator clips 10 in a pack= 2.99
While at radio shack I asked the guy if they had any old used cell chargers that are just lying around. He gave me one for free. Old Motorola
Drove home and assembled. I have my first rusty, crusty buckle in the new device and its working like a charm. Just though id share.
