Firefox issue?

Both here and at home, when I post a quick reply, it apparently tries to post twice, because I get my post, but I get redirected to a warning page that tells me that I must wait 15 seconds between posts.

I'm using Firefox (15 here at work, possibly later version at home).

same issue with the latest version of Chrome, so it's probably not browser specific.

Been getting that for a week or so, with Chrome. Thought maybe my mouse was double clicking or something.
