One of today's water finds. Can anyone make out what the inscription says in this ring? Looks like someone cut/filed a little of this ring off at one time and just a tad of some of the tops of the letters with it. Only thing I can make out is the 14K and then W. Wi and the rest looks like jibberish.

Looks like only half of the letters. The other half may have been on another ring to make a set to be able to read the message.
