I went detecting at a few houses I've hunted in the past. I brought along the deus because I had pounded them with the ctx. I didn't find much at all just a wheatie, a play token, some zincs, and a tiny pocket knife. I got a dead on solid 64 signal on the deus thinking a shallow nickel and to my surprise I popped out a 50's-60's style 10K ring with a blue stone;) Dig those nickel signals people!!!

Haven't seen you on in awhile (prob just didn't notice) But, congrats on your gold...well deserved!:cool:
 
Congrats on the gold just don't encourage digging those nickel and pull tab signals that way they there's stuff left after the site is hunted out:D
 
That makes up for about 10 silver dimes lol! I never dig 64 on my Deus. Nickels are 62 on my settings. 64/5 is almost always modern Pullman.

lol I wish I could have found a few silvers today!!! On my machine a nickel is a 63

What a beauty CW! Congratulations! Hey...That hallmark looks like '18k' to me..?. Plus, it looks softer than 10k and more buttery too!
