KT picked the Royal Boxes on Wednesday afternoon and started the CRH as soon as He arrived back at the Castle. The results were interesting:

Box 1 - 3 NIFCs
Box 2 - 26 NIFCs 2 of which were 2015, 1 proof
Box 3 - 2 40% Ag Kens, 10 NIFCs
Box 4 - 1 NIFC, 1 Au-plated counter stamped Ken, 1 2000 grease-filled die Ken
Box - 5 - 25 NIFCs 1 was a 2015, 1 proof.

Totals were 2 40% Kens, 65 NIFCs (only kept the 3 2015 Kens), 2 proofs, 1 Au-plated Ken, 1 2000 grease-filled die Ken.

A goodly variety of interesting coins kept His Majesty entertained during the entire length of the CRH! That 86 proof is one rough coin....been in circulation for quite awhile apparently. The 74 proof is a nice clean one!

Best Box was the third one!

Enjoy the pics......

It's good to see someone is still finding stuff in halves. Three cases of halves for me and all I have to show for it is one NIFC and a 1983-P No FG. :(

Keep posting your finds! I think it's interesting to see what people are still pulling out from all of the coins with sharpie marker on them...

Thank you, Waveoff. Yes, quite a few of the halves that KT hunts have sharpie marks on them...yet there is still some silver to be recovered. Just shows that folks are still dumping silver coins, otherwise this hobby would pass away.

KT has never considered what it would take for His Majesty to stop. Could be a long run of no silver finds, or all the local banks closing their coin machines. We already are on the second dump bank...been with them for nearly a year after the previous bank sold and the actuaries decided that they were losing profit by keeping them, even tho it was a great service to the community and not just CRHers.

Best of luck to you on your future CRH efforts!
