Off I went this morn to the 1915 park I hit a while back in search of silver. Been a good park in the past with a few soccer fields offering some good finds. The weather is colder and starting to freeze but it was still diggable. (is that a word?):?: A couple of coins and a Copper/silver sounding hit on the E-Trac. Wasn't sure on this one but thought penny. 1968 50% silver was the answer. First silver coin from here. I was still happy with that one when 20 feet away a good signal med range. 3 inch deep I see gold in the hole. :extrahappy: Closer look and it is beat up by the mower. Terrible shape but gold anyway. 10 K. 3.8 grms Happy as a clam I'm off to my buds to straighten it out and clean it up. Small cut diamond in the corner.
A good winter hunt before freeze up. :cold2:
Good luck to all Merry Christmas and stay safe.
