Where Do You Go To Get the FACTS?

I have certain sources I look to because I can't buy every machine made. If I did I wouldn't have the time to learn them all anyway.

We check this forum of course but are there any non-forum sites or persons who help you?

Here's one fellow I've learned a lot from over the years. I pretty much trust his comments. He's not only a dealer (lots of machines) but he's also an avid hunter himself.

If I have any questions I usually go to the forums, I know alot of folks in different parts of the country that have been detecting for along long time and have used alot of different detectors. After awhile it is easy to tell the people you can trust and what people to take with a grain of salt. 99.9% of the people in this hobby I feel are good honest people. Steve.

pretty much rely on this forum, however there is no comparison to face to face. You can't really tell personalities through the text on posts. At least not as quickly as in person,ie... know it alls.
That being said I would trust most of the folks on here.
Just my 2 cents.
