Oh nice! I bet it is one of those cleats/lugs off a "tip toe" steel tractor wheel.

It's been put through electrolysis and cleaned up. It wasn't super rusty to begin with but had a fair layer of gunk on it.

Reminds me of a tip for practice arrows. But it’s kind of big for that. My 2 cents worth.

I cleaned a lot of rust off of it. It was fairly crusty when I got it out of the ground.
