From the land of the Bluenose....Sunday was the annual LeRue Family Clan gathering and the weather cooperated fully.
Event started off with the quest for the Washer Toss Cup!
Teamed up with the brother-in-law Steve who is an ace at the game but alas he had no partner to speak of! Here the preliminary games get underway.
As the fans cheered on their fav teams and stayed out of the heat!

We made it to the finals but I faltered and the gig was up.
After the tourney we chowed down big time with enough food to feed the "Big Red 1."
Darkness was near.
And the fireworks were ready.
Once darkness had arrived the show began. My first attempt at photographing fireworks. End to a perfect day!
