Silver bicentenial?

Keep in mind, there are silver and non-silver versions of the 1976-S proof bicentennial Kennedy half dollar.

An easy way to test silver or clad is the tissue test. Take one-ply of a tissue, lay it over two coins, clad and silver. The silver coin will stand out "white", while the clad stands out dark.

If it's a business strike S then it's 40% silver. If it's a proof then it could be clad or 40% silver. Just look at the edge to determine.
