Help needed with old English handwriting

Can somebody please help me with an English text that is written in one of my books? The text is probably written by a guy called William Constable Esq. who lived near Hull England in the second half of the 18th century. The book itself was old back then, because it was printed in 1513.

What I can read in the first line is:

even? answers met nothing at any time according to my ????

regarding writing

Hiya, I will do my very best to read and write down this old writing for you. I can make fare amount out just looking at it on my phone.. I need my computer on as a whole lot easier to see and zoom in and out.. I don't think this Gentleman even for a Esq had the neat had for quil pens I looking forward to taking a closer look for you and get right back to you. Regards diane
