It was such a nice day at lunch we had to go out hunting once more during our lunch hour. It was going to be our last chance for a week. Tomorrow it turns cold and snowy and Saturday Mom and I go on vacation. We headed back out to the park we've been hunting on and off the past few weeks. And I had a two ring day. Unfortunately, neither one is really good.
The silver diamond one rang up as a penny 78-80 on my AT Pro, and that's what I expected when I started digging. I was excited when it came up. But there's no hallmark, and when you look at it up close you can tell it's just cheap.
The pointy ring came up as a 48-49. I didn't even have to dig farther down than below the grass to find it.
Don't get me wrong, they're fun to find, but you always hope...
