Default Old School and a graveyard?

Thereís a location I know where they built a graveyard next to a late 1800ís early 1900ís school. Currently there are no graves near the old school location. Would you detect that portion of the graveyard where the schoolyard used to be and thereís currently no graves?

I would.. as technically if there are no graves it is not the grave yard.. not much different than an old graveyard next to a church.. for me the Church would be Diggable

There's a totter not far from my house that used to be a graveyard but everything was moved back in the 20's or 30's. I've hit that numerous times.
