February silver

This is a first for us here in N. Mich. The weather has been very mild, and snow is all gone. The ground in spots is thawed and you can dig. Two days ago we went out and found some "loose" ground, and with it a couple silvers, first of the year. By the sounds of it, we may not get another chance till later this month.

Two fine dimes. Yes this weather is strange. I was hunting on Thursday without a coat and a few hours later was freezing. Later that night ugly fluffy white stuff fell.

Soon you will be hunting as much as you want as long as the insects are not hunting you!
