Where are the chains Jim? Looks like the medal I found a couple weeks ago and its funny I swept the hole after I found mine and there was a signal but for some stupid reason I didn't scoop again

Sorry Jim... I hit wrong button again... I hit modify instead of quote...
Just because a PI can't see the whole chain doesn't mean it can't see it
So what if it see's 1 link I have found chains with my PI although not many.. I think people lose more earrings and rings than chains anyway and I like that better

ya know, it occurs to me that when I pull one target out of the hole the mindset is "Well I've got it , now cover the hole and search on". Bad practice when I think of it. Like you said sweep the hole again ESPECIALLY if it's a pendant or other necklace-dwelling sort of goodie. Oh well, those kinds of finds have been few for me over the years so I needn't worry that I've overlooked any seriously valuable chains as a result. I WILL however change my SOP there.
