Battery charge question

If a battery transformer is plugged upside down on ac outlet, would that destroy
my sealed battery pack? I'm thinking since AC may be safe but seems my pilot light is out??

Shouldn't make a difference. What pilot light? Are you talking about an LED light that lights up when the charger is plugged in?

hi: that's what I though also, before had a green led light on battery back, yesterday had the transformer upside down and now no pilot light?

I will see if holding a charge soon, thanks
