Is this a bell ? Shape and size of shot glass

Looks old to me.three holes on bottom all spaced out evenly.

Can you post a pic with something next to it for size reference. I don't think that's a bell, it looks like a cap to something with breather holes to me.

Yea it's not mine. So I don't have easy access to it. that's y I said size of shot glass. I'm thinking candle snuffer.

A candle snuffer wouldn't have holes. I wouldn't think anyhow.

Looks exactly like what I found in a field awhile back...its a caster cup for table or furniture. Probably had a wheel mounted on it.

Mine took someone from Ukraine to I.D. mine.

I was looking at mine upside down too, flip it, makes sense.

I thought mine was a candle snuffer.
