Interesting buckle/clip...18th century?

Again I leave it to you guys, I'm thinking shoe buckle but I don't know. The items from this field range from 1790 - 1900's. In the north east.

Looks like a refreshing beverage bottle cap to me. Can't help with the other thing. Some kind of buckle most certainly.

Try this. Georgian shoe buckle 1720-1790s. The pitchfork double tongue has long departed!
