I feel your pain,driving and hoping sucks! If you are at least decent at getting permission that’s definitely the way to go. You sure did good on that one!

Man I love stories like that. Good going. The fellow that was there before you was probably like me, haha, covers about 300 sq feet in an afternoon. I can work an old city house small lot 10 times and still need to go back.
