If its a clip, the rim of the coin should taper into the clip. It does look like it might be doing that in the edge picture but you should be able to tell with it in hand.
I dont think its a clipped coin - a clipped coin would have the blakesley effect on the coin 180 degree from the clip.
The effect is characterised by rim weakness directly opposite the missing portion of a clipped planchet error coin. This effect is a result of the rimming process that is used on most coin blanks to form a coin planchet.
I checked some graded coins f/s on ebay.. Those Ken's didn't show the weakness outlined as the link you provided.. I'll toss it in with my die crack coins.. The grandkids will enjoy having them .. thanks
