I've seen the painted ones from laundramats to newspaper machines. Also, seeded hunts use them for special prizes.

And, kids love to paint. :yes:

Yeah, there are plenty of people who think it makes them better and worth more. Use some acetone to remove the stupid paint job and add it to your collection.
