Broken propeller from R/C plane?

Dug this at a large park. Metal bullet shape with broken-off plastic at pitched angles, back of metal part has small protrusion like a broken drivshaft maybe? The "bullet" diameter is .5" or less.

Looks more like a model boat prop. What’s weird is that it looks more like a collet around that shaft piece, but the plastic remnants are indeed pitched like a prop.

None of my model airplane props looked like that. If you look, there are likely small screws in the holes of that nose cone that hold it in place.
 
Will check that out! Don't remember any pond in the history of the park but maybe it just got dropped there for some reason
 
Old control line planes had those kinds of spinners on the prop. Put a nail or pin in the hole and it unscrewed from the shaft.

It sort of looks about the right size for an .049 engine. The nose doesn't look familiar, but I only ever had one and it rarely got used. I think bayou might be on to something.
