My first Largie came in the form of a spill. Imagine that!! Sitting one on top of the other were a 1817 and an 1825 Matron Head. Very exciting!!!!!!

Excellent find! Multiple LC's in the same hole! I have never found exactly that! I have a French pocket spill in Maine, all 1920's 30's and 40's. and seven mercs on the banks of the Penobscot in ME.

Congrats on a memorable find!

Cool found two under a bush about a foot apart 1836 and 38 with a stars and rays shield nickel .. always excited to see big coppers pop out of the plug
