Here is some thing else I find strange, and it could help with this problem here maybe.
We never do hear for example how many of X model or total numbers manufacturer's have been sold like in the USA.
Maybe if folks were told of the actual numbers sold, they could understand better delays in repairs.
Or say how many say CTX units are out there in the USA at any one time that are " inside the warranty period" - covered.
Need better communications on this issue from manufacturer.
Not like now Minelab folks aren't posting.
But what do they tell us, that is helpful for understanding?
And if a phone number is provided or email address.
A person interested in or are just an onlooker won't be calling or emailing, so they don't get the lowdown.
Hence an onlooker or person interested somewhat in Minelab detector may lose interest or change their mind entirely.
