Marie was off to her mother's for TV bingo. Phoned Navy Davy and got the latest then purused (cross between patrol and cruised) the metal detecting forums. Got the itch that needed a scratching so into the trunk went the junk. Off to a school yard a.k.a. the "frozen tundra." Mush down to about 3 inches then a semi permanent perma frost. Dug a few coins; some laying in the ooze along with picking up the cans. Two fold on that one; leaves the field in better shape then when found and it all adds up for battery money.
Got royally mucked and a tad knackered but found this and made a wish!
Thought no more of it.
Was close to a legion with a ball field behind it. Why not! More mucking. Hit an area near the left field foul post finding a lot of beer cans...one was not opened.....wish comes true!
Started to snow and get dark. After a junker ring called it a day, pointed Nogo homeward with the "itch" scratched.
Pleasant outing with me bud....Mr. Freedom 3 PLus!
