Going to try to get permission

To an old homesite that was used by the water company here. There is 1 foundation but 3 homesites. The one with foundation has a well and a cement goldfish pond about 1 foot deep. It's full of rocks tin and mud. I hope I can get permission for this. It would keep me busy all summer. I used to dig in the bottle dump about 10 years ago. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Mine slipped away yesterday. Was a one shot deal. Due to the rain, was a no go.

How is it that you got to dig in the bottle dump there ? How did you get to be allowed to do that ? If someone back then allowed that, then seems that md'ing is much less intrusive that bottle digging

This land is owned by a utility.
It's not privately owned.
