I’m new to detecting and am glad to be a part of this forum to learn from any of you. Looking for someone in the York area near York College to start out with. I live in Regents Glen next to the rail trail which I understand is off limits for detecting. Thanks Everyone! Nice to be here.

Welcome...I have been on the rail trail many times. I usually put on further south near Glen Rock. There are plenty of old properties along the route. Get proficient with your detector...work on your approach and smile....and go knocking.
