Got permission at a 1764 church and with all the rain it makes it easygoing under the big acorn trees . Tons of iron but low and slow they pop up occasionally. The flying eagle is my first ! Thanks for looking

A "1764 church" ? You must either be from the extreme east coast, or Europe.

Our absolute earliest European foothold here in CA (hence, excluding the native Americans who had no refined metals, and excluding explorer landings) was 1769. And ..... realistically speaking, was no more than a few footholds here till 1800 to 1820-ish. So it would be a dream to be hunting a church site from 1764.

Yea, I know of a church built in 1690 that isn't too far from me.
My uncle owned the building across the street that was built in 1701 and is were David Rittenhouse grow up.
