scoop rental in Myrtle Beach

If you're scoop has a removable handle why not remove it and buy a wooden handle at a hardware store that you could leave after use at your destination? It might just be a cheaper and easier to deal with than trying to rent a scoop somewhere. You could always just buy a travel handle and then you'll always have it and it could be a backup in case something happened to your regular one.
 
Its a steel one I made to take to Cali last year (we drove), worked great but heavy.

I picked this up in the paint department at home depot it works it's retractable but I'm genital and I don't torque it.
