Virginia button in a Union camp

I went to a Union camp I've been hunting. I found the normal stuff & a Confederate Virginia button. This is the second time I've found a reb button in a Yanky camp. It's in rough shape but I'll take it. Confederate buttons are scarce for me. Thanks for looking. HH

WOW!!!! I love civil war finds. When I was a kid I always asked my dad if he would take us down to Cumberland Gap then cut down to the Smokies for vacations so I could see civil war battle sites and mountains. Thanks to my dad I got to see a lot of civil war sites and learned a lot. Man I envy you being in heart of all that!! One of my dreams would be to detect close to The Old Wilderness Road. CONGRATS ON YOUR AWSOME FINDS!!!! And thank you for sharing your finds!!
