I got out today after working since the new years. I found a Fleur de lis pin today. It looks old from the patena. The button is a eagle I. Thanks for looking. HH Tim

Anything on the back of the pin? It certainly looks old.
Congrats on the infantry button and other finds, I seldom find buttons with letters on them for some reason.

Any thoughts on the pin? Boy scouts girl scouts? It's old & has the same patena that other brass has that I've found there. Old diggers took his kid lol?

Flower of the Lilley , symbol of New Orleans , the symbol dates back to the 12th century. A cool find ,but hard to date do to the fact they steel make iron ones today. But I would tend to think it is CW era, do to the other item you are finding. Very cool

The pin could be any age.In America The fleur de lis was a symbol of wealth and prosperity in the late 1800s early 1900s. I found a silver one that is a women's pocket watch clip. It has a hook on the back for the chain of the watch. It's from the early 1900s.
I dont know when it was associated with the boy scouts. ?
