Got out to the area I found the Tongue Buckle. Today I got a complete brass spur and a Bridal Rossette I think. The Rossette is not military and has Floral pattern. Also got old Sterling Ring and 1904 IHC.

Anyone have thoughts on the spur?

It's definitely a Civil War period spur. I found half of one at a well known Civil War camp. Great find.

I vote for CW. Excellent find.

Thanks all! That was from an 1820s homesite near my other site. CSA activity in the area.

Great digs jwp! Nice stirrup! IMO the flower piece isn't a rosette, as they are usually filled with lead in the back but still it could very well be a rosette. Looking forward to seeing what else you find from this site! A true winner for sure!
