Leveling the soccer fields.

Well the city is grading out some soccer fields to level them out. I have had great success on these soccer fields over the last two years and figured with all the dirt being moved around I should see if they made some more signals available to me.

After about 30 minutes and a buck in CLAD I dig this quarter signal. I was sure it was silver when it came out of the ground but then noticed it was tarnished. I had to go to the truck to get my readers. It has something stamped on it but it is too warm out to read. I will try polishing it up when I get home and see if it might still be silver.

Ok time to go back out and dig some more.

Looks like a 925er me son. Think I would dip the hip and run back there and take advantage while the advantage is there......good luck!
 
Very nice ! My wife would be all over that one. I'd be looking it over trying to find a mark and she would snatch it and have it looking like new in 5 minutes .
I might even get to see it again if it fits on her naughty finger 😬.
