I think they have an LP named 30 seconds over Winterland. (Now that title makes some sence to me.) Yeah, when it's time to end it - end it. I liked a lot of their tunes and actually had a couple of their 8-tracks in my car at the time. I felt a little embarrased for them when I heard they were in the wagon. I often wonder if they even played that night.Your mention of Jefferson "Starship" reminded me that my girlfriend (later to become my wife) and I went to our little civic auditorium here and saw Jefferson "Airplane" when we were still in high school. (O.K., how old am I??!!) Used to love to drive up to San Francisco to catch bands at The Fillmore or Winterland. Peace & Love!!
I got a feeling you and me and doodle and a bunch of other folks here could really have fun enjoying the bad old things from the good old days.
