Zero for One!

Got turned down today for a nice recently uncovered plot of land, was an orchard and now being developed.

Pulled up and asked and was told no, for liability reasons...I'm permanently disabled..there's really not much else I can do to myself...

Oh Well, better luck next time...thankfully I still have a nice almost city next door to check out, should last me the next three years..or until I'm in Florida pirating the beaches of Fort Myers, like everyone else down there
