<No Detectors Needed!>

A year in prison? Wow. I figured because of the amount it would have been a lot longer. White collar crime really does pay :lol:

"Oh you're in the middle/lower class and stole a TV? i'll give you 5 years in prison!"

"Oh you make over a quarter million a year and stole 2 million in jewelry? 1 year!"

makes sense.

She also has to give back the loot and pay a large fine. But in general the white collar criminals get an easier break than the poor criminals. Naturally all the judges are white collar folks, whaddaya expect.

tiff for tat

If you are rich and steal two million from an employer you get a year. If you are John Q. Public , you get the max.Speaking as retired LEO I've never saw the Just-us system as fair.Thank God for metal detecting as a stress reliever!!!
