Seems like no matter what I do I can't get my profile picture to show next to my name in my posts. I have reduced the size and uploaded it several times. What am I doing wrong?

Well there is a filter
It screens out non handsome faces. That's why mine won't work either. I have to use a cartoon figure. Just kidding of course.
Clip the picture in this thread and one of us will make it work.

Profile picture, stays in your profile page, different. What you want, is your Avatar. A single image isn't to bad. Making an animated GIF file that fits, and works, is challenging though. Just did one, but not too happy with it, too small, too dark...
