I just picked up the hobby a couple weeks ago. My wife and I borrowed an old BH Pioneer 101 and went around what used to be an old farm house. We found many old nails and a few other scraps.
I just bought a White's Prizm IV. I was so excited to detect on the beach here in Florida for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately, it got dark quickly and I only found some bottle caps, a tent stake, and a twist tie.
I'm glad to find you all and I look forward to sharing finds and ideas.
