Really cool token. Clarke's Pure Rye. I was using my new Thunder coil and I haven't quite got the pinpointing down yet. Totally hit it with my shovel. Rookie mistake. Anyone have any info on this token? I googled Clarke's Pure Rye. It looks like this is pre-prohibition era. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks for looking!

UPDATE. My buddy straightened it out with some kind of automotive parts press. Turned out pretty nice. I added 3 more pictures of the token after the pressing.

Cool old token! I think you're being too hard on yourself, I don't think you hit it, otherwise there'd be some fresh metal showing where your digger hit it, and that doesn't appear to be the case.

Well done using the automotive press to restore the token! Looks good! I've got a curved silver Rosie that must've lost a fight with a lawn mower - I wonder if the same idea could work to "straighten" it out, too...

Maybe you can put it under a thick piece of cloth and hammer the bent section flat by taping ever so slightly with a hammer. This same thing happened to me on a token from my home town!!
