I have had a couple of fruitless hunts over this past week and the fact that every day has been well over 100% F hasn't helped much either.
I found a small washout midway down the slope today and hammered it for about 3 hours.
Scored a few coins, sinkers and bullet cases .. but more importantly gold rings #15 & #16.
Both 9Ct ,weights 4.5 & 2 grams.

Still feeling blessed & lucky.

You're averaging about two gold a week.
