I was hunting my usual park the other day and I noticed that someone was tearing down a vacant house across the street. I was on my way to work yesterday and I noticed that the guy was there and not running any excavating equipment so I stopped to talk to him about hunting his land and he gave me full permission to hunt anytime that I want to. This property is only 1/2-3/4 of an acre, but with the things I've found across the street, I'm stoked to get the permission. I did some research online and it appears that the house was built in 1935.
