I was detecting an old Homesite today and came up with this little car. The pictures will tell you about as much as I can about it. It's small, only about 1.5 inches in length. The only marking on it is a small backwards 7 under the roof. See the third pic. I don't know a lot about these old you cars, so I would appreciate any information you may have! Thanks.

Awesome, thanks for the ID! It was a very cool little find! (And in surprisingly good condition for being buried in the ground for probably 50+ years).

Great find, Fooleeze - and yes, definitely in pretty nice shape considering the likely amount of time underground! I didn’t realize Barclay made toy cars, I thought they only made toy lead soldiers...learned something new! Thanks for posting!

Barclay made lots of different metal toy cars, trucks and vehicles.
