<Silver Tray>

Can anybody help identify these hallmarks and markings? I think I made a huge score at a flea market but want to verify it. As heavy as this thing is and with the style of markings, I'm hoping to find out it is sterling/silver!

Any ideas??

if that's bsc that's the birmingham silver company. Cant say its silver birmingham silver made a lot of silver plated items

Here is an item I found on eBay with the same markings. If you scroll through the pics you can see the same exact markings. Looks like silver plated copper.
