Biggest issue I have in our community is, is this Equinox stuff is so close lipped. Most days I feel I know nothing about this machine and don't know where to trun or who to ask for more info. .

I felt the same way.... Lots of post here and there. Several vids on Youtube but most are more about finds and less about the Nox. I found Clive Clynick's book"The Minelab Equinox Series - From Beginner to Advanced" the best info to date out there. Give it a look,
