Looking to get back into detecting and never really owned a serious piece of equipment, I read this thread during my research:

So I figured I would give Jeff a call rather then hit the buy it now button some auction site.
I was interested in a Equinox 600 and asked Jeff if I would benefit any by buying a 800. For what I am doing, Jeff assured me the 600 would be perfect, never tried to oversell me.
The 600 included free headphones and I also purchased a pinpointer.
I very very pleased with the price!
The best part, I had called Jeff at 10:30 am on Dec 11.
Jeff sent me the tracking number at 1:15pm
IT ARRIVED ON DEC. 12 @ 12:30AM !!!!
less than 24 hours!
Of course it snowed today but, I am happy!
