Thanks. Looking forward on my journey with him. Still new to metal detecting .

Wife had to dig abit to get to it while helping him recover it

Indeed totally agree with you. Hence why my son will be getting lots of hands on experience on multiple things

He uses a gprs radio with his own call sign aswell too- get him early on amateur radio and such
