I found these scattered in a friends backyard.
There's a small hole in the middle. I have a penny for size.

I think that they are used to hold down roofing felt

it reminds me of the end off of a 4 foot flouresent light bulb. just a thought.

new thought. like a kids toy where you pull a sting and it pops. the other part where this was attached to was plastic or cardboard.
