I found this and I know it is part of some sort of buckle but does anyone know what kind and approx. age?

Remmy, are you using an iphone to post pictures?
I ask becuase I cannot see your pics on my android.
It happens here now and then and I was trying to find the cause.

No, taken with my android phone, emailed to my pc then edited and uploaded to the forum.
