My Compadre wouldn’t even pick it up, eye-ball find, and no, I’m not counting it...

15¢, and some of that is from turf adjacent to a ball field. Man the tot-lots around my work suck!

Yes, it definitely counts as long as you found it while detecting. I think it's a very cool find!!
